Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option you select and your location.

Glow by Felice is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard delivery typically takes [3–7 business days] after processing.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

4. International Shipping

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Glow by Felice is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Glow by Felice is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mailto:falewis@glowbyfelice.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can evaluate and assist.
