At Glow by Felice, each candle is hand-poured with care. Because our products are custom-made and consumable, we do not offer returns or refunds except in limited cases described below.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace items if they are:
Damaged during shipping
Defective
Incorrect (wrong size, scent, or product received)
To qualify:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mailto:falewis@glowbyfelice.com
Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a replacement is not possible (e.g., limited edition scent), we may offer a store credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Sale or discounted items
Custom or personalized candles
Gift cards
5. Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
